Why adopt an animal?

Adopting an animal at Yorkshire Wildlife Park helps us to care for our animals and continue our conservation work. Adoptions make a great gift especially for those want to be part of our park (or you could treat yourself!)

Do I take it home?

Please note, your adopted animal will stay at Yorkshire Wildlife Park under the excellent care of our zookeepers!

Fact sheet with a photograph of your adopted animal

A complimentary adult ticket to visit the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

Adoption Extra

For an extra £20, you can arrange a behind the scenes experience with your adopted animal the experience will be different depending on which animal you adopt!

(Please note Adption extra is not available for Zebra or Meerkats)
