Welcome to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park e-Ticket Booking System
Purchase your e-Tickets now, simply print out your receipt from PayPal and bring with you when you attend. Please remember to enter the park using the "Fast Lane" which is situated in the Safari Store.
Please note that we DO NOT send out e-Tickets by post or email. You need to print your receipt within PayPal. This ensures you have instant access to your e-Ticket Receipt.
Please accept the following information before booking:
e-Tickets cannot be used on day of purchase. You must book at least 24 hours in advance.
e-Tickets are valid for 28 days from date of purchase.
e-Tickets apply to parties of 1-9 visitors only. For groups of 10+ paying visitors reduced rates apply when pre-booked online or via the booking office find out more!
Yorkshire Wildlife Park operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for e-Tickets.
A supplement will be charged if the value of the e-ticket does not match the advertised value for the day of your visit.
e-Tickets cannot be purchased in conjunction with discount vouchers or any other promotions.
Online discounts may be introduced at certain times of year and at Yorkshire Wildlife Parks discretion.
e-Tickets are non-refundable.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase an e-Ticket.
e-Tickets purchased for concessions will require tsupporting documentation and this must be presented with the e-Ticket when you attend . If documentation is not provided then full ticket price will be charged.
Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. This service is provided by PayPal and is subject to there terms and conditions.
Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
Special events and adverse weather conditions may occasionally necessitate restricted access to the Park please call to confirm.
Pets are not permitted in the Wildlife Park. (Not applicable to Service Dogs although restrictions do apply).
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices and events or services without notice.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to request further identification at the point of entry.
Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry to the Park unless accompanied by an adult.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to refuse entry.

TERMS OF ENTRY
No pets or dogs are permitted into the Park and kennel facilities are not provided.
The Park is a non smoking area and smoking is not permit anywhere within the Park .
No barbeques are allowed in the park.
The speed limit in the Park is 15 mph and must be kept to at all times.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the site should they behave in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
Special Experiences. Yorkshire Wildlife Park can not be held responsible for the weather conditions. However in exceptional circumstances if Yorkshire Wildlife Park cancels a Special Experience an alternative date will be arranged.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to alter the itinerary on any given day due to animal welfare or health issues, but will ensure that if this is the case then the activity will be replaced with another similar task.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park reserves the right to alter dates, times and prices or facilities for any reason without any prior notice.
The management reserves the right to move animals or make alterations or improvements. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
